streeto almost never happens anymore and an outsider would have no chance of joining it, places like meihan sports land etc is more likely to see or partake in drifting, massive fines and cars getting taken has stopped nearly all of it... you get a few diehard teams that will do it but its kept pretty much secret and its mentally hard to just stumble upon touge or streeto.

japan is not what the films and youtube make it out to be lol! any touge or wangan etc has months of planning and its invite only most of the time and almost always gets broken up by police even drift teams would rather go meihan etc than on the streets as its just FAR to much hassle.
