It says flood damage.

Flood damage could mess up all kinds of things. It'll rust, the wiring loom might have got wet. The smell will be awful as it'll never fully dry out!

Also the door is a mess, and that boot is one of the worst resprays I've ever seen. Even Stevie Wonder could see that!
