someone reversed into me!

when leaving work somebody reversed into me whilst i was reversing, they didnt look and i was beeping my horn as i noticed them coming towards me. this was tailgate to tailgate. at the scene looked like no damage, upon further inspection it looks like on the left hand side the bumper has dropped down about 5mm. which is noticeable under the left hand light cluster, looks like its popper out about on the bit above the wing as well.

went renault and they want £76 to whip the bumper off and look. Anybody know if its just a couple of clips that need pressing back in or if its broke

Take it off yourself! Only held on by a few screws, one under the car and a few on the boot bit.

Someone reversed into my bonnet with a pick up a few months ago mate! I was stopped behind him at a junction too, f**king bellend!

as Jesus says, its pretty easy to take it off and put it back on.

will help if uve got a helper if ur not sure

You should be able to spot any damage

might just need taking off and put back on again

yeah i messed around with it for abit in the rain. undid the bolts that attach it to the back quarter to have a look. cant really see why its dropped down as such. undid the bolt under the car and tried to move it but couldn't. in the end i got a friend to push the bumper in place when i tightened the bolts as much as poss. seems to have made the gap smaller, however i think i need to undone the one inside the bumper and do it again.

where are the bolts inside the boot?
