Something stuck on my focus RS

Left my FRS for a few hours today and when I came back something was stuck on the back

Put aside 2k cause you really gotta get it done..... I've not done a full review yet... I'll have a drive later to give it a full test

The noise the thing makes on full chat is immense.... If you think the standard noise is impressive then you'll be very impressed.. The torque is just awesome in any gear at any revs.... I love my car all over again

Mountune exhaust is on the way... I can't vouch for Jamsport but seeing the setup for development down at Mountune they get my vote...

Intercooler is black and f**king HUGE compared to standard... easily 3 times as big

Factor in a whole half day to get it fitted... took 4 hours on mine.. they have to drop the fuel tank to fit the uprated fuel pump.... I imagine fitting the down pipe is a pain in the arse too as theres f**k all space to get at it.. intercooler, airbox and remap seems pretty straight forward

Loads of bits get replaced.... I kept all this but didn't keep the old fuel pump cause it stunk and didn't want it in the car..

Look how small the intercooler is!! new one is 3 times as big :approve:

Thats what I thought when I saw it.... the new one completely fills the entire front grill from bonnet to bottom lip.. made by Pro Alloy so really good rep

Not sure if its the same on the RS but the ST's downpipe is a pain to get to and the bolts have a habit of rusting on very very quickly! I watched Jamsport change my friends downpipe and he was clutching lol :rasp: (they did a great job btw).

It does but im sure people on here have spent more for less gains.

If I had a Focus RS I'd be doing this in a shot.

You can spend under £500 for similar 'gains' but they're not backed by Ford warranty.

Yeah I've seen the claims on the remaps..... Would Mountune do all that development and change all those parts for no reason??

I think the point is that the Mountune isn't so much about peak figures and gearbox wilting torque which the remaps offer simply by upping the boost. The MP350 is more than that.
