Sony CDX M600R

Hi

I have a Cilo 172 02 reg, on the standard head unit at the back there are yellow and blue connectors but on the Sony CDX M600R head unit there is no sockets to connect these leads to. What are the yellow and Blue connectors for and is there a adapter to connect to the Sony CDX M600R
