Sony K850i Help

Just got a new K850i, and I can't get it to connect in file transfer mode. I have tried everything it suggests, is there something I am missing?

Anyone else had similar problems?

have you installed all the drivers ?

Dont select file transfer mode, just normal phone mode - then you can transfer files.

All the drivers were installed (which took an age).

Got it to work when I turned the phone off, transferred some tunes over. Get my 2GB (because I'm a total muppet and ordered the wrong type of 1GB card), so will have some serious tunes to go on in the new year.

Does anyone else's run a bit slow?

Transfer mode is driverless.
there should be no need to install any thing
