Sony Sonic Stage Software

I have a sony MP3 Player and am using the sonic stage software to transfer the muisc to the player. If i import a cd to the libary is there a way of transfering the music to an mp3 folder on the hard drive so i dont have the music stored twice and so i can burn it to a cd.

Not that I can think of as Sonicstage imports as Atrac files.

I have an NWA1200, the SonicStage software is f00king pap...worst I've ever had the displeasure of using. Gracenote pishes me off too.

use windows media to save it onto ur pc then import onto the mp3, using sonic is a nightmare

I use the SonicStage Software as well. Why oh why do companies like Apple/Sony make you use a certain programme to download music to mp3 players ffs?.

Although the good news is that Sony no-longer use SonicStage now. I think they use Windows Media Player 11 in there new range?.

reasone for using sonic stage is it's about a billion times quicker at getting the Tracks onto the computer.

Worked it out now too. It does store them as MP3's and after pissing about I've now found where it actually stores them on the Harddrive..
