SOOOO ANNOYED!!

My 1 washer jet on my bumper i noticed was dripping so took it in to Renault to have it done.. They took my bumper off and they've literally yanked it off! They've cracked my bumper on both sides in exactly the same place on the wheel arch. Rang them as soon as i got home and i cant speak to anyone untill Monday!!

Worcester.. When i picked up the car 3 weeks ago aswell theres a dent on the bonnet and the roof was scratched which wernt there when i said i'd have it!! When it went back i in 2 be done they said they couldnt do the dent so now got a dent on my bonnet!! Il take sum pics n post them tomorrow.

Some friends live pretty close, so I could throw a visit in.
I went to Prospeed for the exhaust, so I'm used to travelling for the frog.
