Sound deadening

Will sound deadening my boot floor with dynamat or equivalent reduce the resonance from my exhaust? Is it worth the cost for the gains?

  Inferno 182
Any of you guys heard of LizardSkin? It is made in the US but you can buy it from Agriemach over here. It isn't cheap but is a very good, lightweight solution if you want the best sound and heat barrier. It is a spray or paint on covering so is a bit more involved than just a sound mat but if you wanted to do it properly, you can use it on the whole interior floor.
I have used it on a kit car, wheelarches, under bonnet, floorplan, boot etc and it makes a real difference and is lighter than a normal sound mat.
I was wondering about doing the fllor of my 182 so I could remove the rear seats etsc without being deafened.
