Space saver 16" spare

Is it possible to get a 16" space saver spare to fit my 182. I'm thinking may be Renault did one for another model, E.g. Megane or something...

Good luck trying to find this out, I've been asking for ages!! The closest answer I got was machining a space saver from a Rover, can't remember who it was though, I'll try and find it.
