Spacer problem !

Just recently bought a set of 4 25mm hub centric spacers, I have the kind that the spacer bolts to the hub then the wheel bolts to the spacer.

Now the rears are totally fine and so is one of the fronts.

but one of the fronts keeps coming loose even though i have tightened them up, I have even tried taking them off and re fitting them again. but its always the same one. even after trying it on different hub.

I was wondering if its a problem with the bolts i have? or could it be something to do with the surface its on or that. i have heard of problems to do with them on a non sanded surface. once tightened it seems fine but the more i drive a slight knocking noise appears and then drive more and then get home and the spacer has loosened its self a bit

But if anyone has any ideas it would be a big help.

You tried swapping the bolts mate? To see if it's the Hubs at fault or the bolts?

haven't tried that yet. but ill give it a bash tomorrow. hopefully it will fix it though because the handling improvement is brilliant! also the wheels sit brilliantly

What kind are they? Delta mics? I have some bolts for them if you need... I also have the 25 mm spacers to go with them

Yeah man their Delta Mics. I might actually give you a shout mate. try your bolts see if it makes a difference.

Solved the problem bud . iv swapped the bolts that came with the spacerwith a set of spare wheel bolts i had in the boot. never been used and still in the box. torqued them up and now everything fine!

Now to enjoy the wide track clio lol
