Speed issues

Just got mysel a 53 clio 172. i dont know if its normal r not, when am drivin along it seems to be speedin up then slowing down, not a lot but enough to notice not always just when cold and i seem to lose power when turning this is all the time, any ideas?

They run bad for the first few minutes this is normal, the speeding up/down could be a worn dephaser pulley, mine used to do this before i had it replace......and only from cold. (But also my cam timing was slightly off, which didnt help)

Cheers mate. What is the dephaser pulley? its done 55k, its not loads like just enough to notice, does it only when its cold. Might get someone to have a look at the timein aswel. thanks again
