Speedo sensor and stuttering.

Right here's one for you boys! Basically I've had this stuttering problem for sometime now. Particularly in 3rd gear. Feels as if when doing a constant speed in say 3rd the throttle keeps cutting in and out. Put foot down and it clears. Now when the speedo sensor at the back of the gearbox is disconeted all is well. No stuttering. Oviosly only problem being speedo doesn't work. Plug it back in and stuttering re appears. Now I do believe that one of these wires from the sensor is linked to the injection system somehow. Strange thing is the sensor that's in it now was changed for a used one a while back as the speedo didn't work attal but this stuttering problem has been there even with the old sensor fitted. Any help guys appreciated. Just trying to rule out anything else before I try a brand new sensor. Oh cars a 172 cup.

Ok so changed speedo sensor today and still the same. Yet no stuttering when it's disconnected. More than likely a wiring fault as usual do we think?? Don't suppose anyone's got a wiring diagram of where the speedo wiring from the sensor goes?
