Speedo trim

I have sprayed my dash trim but I'm wondering how easy is it to remove the silver trim around the speedo/rev counter ?

as above, i cant remember if you have to remove the needles or not, im seem to remember getting my fork out to do it so you must have to.

does anyone know if you have to remove the needles to remove the silver trim around the clocks? Also i have painted the trim arctic blue but unsure as to what colour renault sport & gearknob sticker to get?

i cant really recall but i dont think you have to remove the needles, even if you do its no big deal mate.
