yeah it will do. I really want one for my 1.2 dynamique! but its so expensive for a grille :/ But answer to your question is yes

Yup you can easily replace them without having to take off the bumper just give your old grille
a firm push near the the bottom off the grill then to swap them over just pull the clips into
place on the RS grill.

Just make sure you remove any clips on the top of the grill. or be anal and take off the bumper
