Im near Castleford mate,whereabouts are you? Ive no idea about a rear brace hehe,i bought the car mechanically 'sound' so everything should be ok on it for now. Il be taking it to DDC in Donny soon for a service and checkup in the new year. This talk of track rods needing replacing frequently is pretty scary hehe. I bought it off a guy who founded one of the Megane forums though so he knows his cars and he said it was a very good example. Only thing ive noticed is that you can tell the rear bumper has been replaced - its not quite a liquid yellow match on it,not obvious but you can tell in certain lights - wont be ideal if you had OCD ha.

Yeah I know about Jon Seal, been to see a few Lotus at his place and met him years ago on the meg scene.

DDC are decent, the lads are alright and know their stuff.

I do still work in Halifax every day,so you might see me about! Yeah hes a nice guy,he took my LY 200 in direct PX and hes already selling it hehe. He had a white 106 Rallye in his garage when i went to his place! Il PM you mate if i have any Meg related issues hehe,but the car just did that massive road trip with no problems,such a great combination of commuting & power when you need it. Downside - i have a speed awareness course in Manchester coming up. 🙈

I asked before about meeting just up the road but nobody replied! I posted a location earlier in the thread and I'll stop there for a few mins on my way. I'll aim to be there for 9-9:30ish.

Yes it did work mate we found the play area, saw the birds, went cockering, had ice creams and had a game of super size connect 4 on the lawn of the hall
We got back to the car about 3pm to be greeted by another rain storm.

Yep I was a bit surprised at the mileage. No wonder if arrived in a truck! But at £3.5 million I guess it's a sound investment, if that's what floats your boat.

I didn't get there until 10 past and we only waited another 5 mins or so as it was raining. You parked up only 10 mins or so after us anyway mate.
