Sports cars in the park.

Lotherton event has been cancelled this year due to the rising costs, Newby still happening and a new event at Castle Howard later in the year too!

+1 for Newby. I'm certain it was last years event there were ridiculous queues and wait times for show cars, think I'll just buy a standard ticket again.

They changed back to going in the entrance for the autumn meet at Newby and it was much better so they are sticking with that from now on so getting in should be quicker.

Aye but also because it was arsing it down with rain all day so about 1/4 of the cars actually turned up

Are we doing this for the May 4th Event? I saw Cliosport.net on the site but just checked this thread and looks like 2020 was the last time haha.

Its in my back yard and took the Abarth previously so I'd be keen to go with the clio.

Not sure if I’m going this year but I’ve been a couple of times before and it’s always a good show

Only downside is the massive queue to get in. Last year I went down some roads that had road closed signs on them and ended up cutting out a fair chunk of the queue

I didn't find it that bad getting in last year. I parked with the BMW club so was sent around the farm and in via the exit road so avoided the main queue. I don't know why they don't split the files in two and send more cars in that way.

I went last year and it was a good do, didn't get stuck in any queues getting in. Left as soon as people started leaving as well so avoided any queues on the way out. Won't be making it this year.
