Sports cat

Hey people i have a 1.2 clio mk2 phase 1, im changing the cat pipe and i can get a sports cat pipe for same money as original one, i am just wondering if it will just fit straight on, will i need to change any other things under the engine? im not interested in the bhp change as my car is slow as arse anyways, i just think that if im buying a cat might as well get a better one than original. lol
