Springs... What ones?

Wanting to lower my 54 plate 1.2 dynamique, one the one hand for looks and on the other hand because the body roll is a joke.
What do you all recommend? For both a noticable drop for looks but also for handling/quality?
Looking at springs btw, budget cant stretch to coilies as I'm only 17:rasp:

Apex springs seem favourable amongst the 1.2 club.

Keep an eye on your shocks though, they'll wear much faster than normal.

You should try driving a Mk3 now thats got body roll !!

All depends on your budget as well but like fubar said apex are what 1.2s normaly sit on had my old ph1 on them improved the handeling a lil bout was a bouncy ride

get the Eibach Sportlines, the ones specifically for the 1.2 - lower it nicely but not exactly slammed but improves the handling so much no joke!

i have apex 40mm springs waiting to go on.. cant wait.. just hope they are ok as I havent heard anything that great said about them.. I got them cheap so if they're not great I can take them off again! Just waiting for insurance to acknowledge I have them in writing before fitting.

i heard apex give a rather harsh ride, i would love the extra drop on them over my sportlines though....

This is my hard decision at the moment apex or eibach i think im going to go for apex just becasue i want the car lower than what the eibachs look like iv heard the eibachs can higher the back of the car more iv had apex springs n other various cars and they have been ok im only havin springs on my car till christmas time maybe before that as going to coilover the car so i dont mind it bein that bit harsher than eibach.

Just ordered my apex springs cost me £96 from www.europerformance.co.uk i went for these as iv heard some good comments on these and iv owned cars with these springs before they will only be on the car until christmas time so dont mind the harsh ride if there is going to be one. will post some pictures up once the car is finished in 2 weeks
