squeaky windscreen wipers

help me it is driving me mad!! any ideas on how to stop this?

Yeah get new ones, I got mine from wilkinsons, really cheap for a pair.

Drop a little oil on the screen, that should sort it.

best bet is to polish your screen. when i PC (porter cable, machine polish) a car i always do the windscreen. did mine at xmas and my windows still bead. also means the wipers last longer due to them not hitting stuck on crap on the windows all the time.

Also clean the wiper blades well you can use Autoglym Glass Polish for this or some vineger if they still squeak buy some new ones.

It is recommended that blades are changed every year.

Ha ha, my blades get changed every three months, or less. They are crap.

not changed mine for a good 18months, and i dont actually need to use them above 65 MPH, the windscreen beads so well.

^^ agreed. although its a temporary fix i just changed mine to the new flat boshe ones. Really good

combine04 what did you use polish ur screen? im having problems with sqeeky blades to would love to polish the screen and have it beed like urs haha
