Squeeky breaks

Car  GW 200T
I have recently replaced my front discs and pads, ever sionce they have been squeeling like a b"""h. The discs were wiped befor fitting.
How can i stop them from squeeking as they are doing my nut and its imbarressing??

what brakes were they mate?

did they file down the ends of the pads before they fitted? you need 1-2mm gap so it fits a bit loose, plus you need to take the shims out aswell.

Exactly the same brakes as mine but I have no squeal. Fred at BTM says loose the shims and ensure the pads have about 1-2mm. of sloppiness.

You'll never stop them squeeling. I've removed shims, and filed them down and I still get minor squeel. Nothing like CL though :)
