Squeeky Noise from back of car

Hello jst got my oldclio tonite the 1 i was suppose to get to start of with i quite like it but didint do any of the work was purchased like that ill get better pics soon. Anyway i was wonderin if any1 can help when i am driving im getting a annoying squeeky noise from the bk of the car and aint sure what it is any1 else had this problem ?

Most valvers make a squeeky noise, iv had 2 valver and they both sqeeked lol..buggered if i know what causes it.
