Today I noticed a squeeling noise from the front n/s but it only happens when turning right,
a bit like brake squeel but i'm not touching the brakes.

Possible wheel bearing?
Although I though that was a rumbling/grinding noise?

could be play in the bearing making the brakes drag under cornering force. I've had it before and the bearing has started to rumble fairly soon after

Ahh, last MOT they said there was slight play in the tie rods (rack end)
could it be that? It does sound exactly like brake squeel tbh.
