stalk adapter

Does anyone know if theres an adapter so the steering wheel controls and possibly dash display will work if i put in my pioneer 6400r head unit?

I know you can get kenwood ones but not to sure on this.

dont think youll find one mate, unless u go for one of the infr-red ones they do
