I dont understand people who stance cars like this. IMO yes it can look good, but I've not seen a clio look good with it, and doing on a budget always looks awful. The whole point in stance is expensive wheels, heavily detailed with expensive waxes and sealents, polished lips on wheels which are referbed all the time and as said air suspension really to make it a 'static' car, not for driving at all. And lets be honest your going to have your old, not clean or shiny, tattyish Clio wound to the floor on at best some avrage to poor fake BBS style wheels and its going to look crap. It is never going to look good in a million years, better to leave it standard, save some money and get something better later. But any Clio's just dont do it, its a VAG thing tbh, most VAG and german stuff can suit it, french doesn't. The whole thing started in Amarica, where they drive mainly German/ Amarican or Jap cars, not European ones, and thats probably why it suits. They also have vast flat roads with fewer corners and speed bumps, so the driving element isn't so essential. Don't waste your time and money making another shed that people will laugh at. No offence was intended in any of that post, its just a reality check. And I dont care how old you are as my first car at 17 was a diesel 306, which I left ALONE and STANDARD for one year, sold and bought a gti-6, kept for 7 months and sold for my 172. And I'm a student that works weekends and didnt get hand outs from mummy and daddy. Its being sensible and saving, not wasting it on rubbish parts for cars which arent worth bothering with. Rant over.
