Standard alarm 172 MK2

Hi all,

Is the standard alarm on a 172 a cat 1 with immoblizser? will this make a difference to my insurance policy?

Stadard alarm is a Catagory one Cobra alarm systems.
The imobiliser has to be fitted to all new cars and the alarm is part of the standard UK spec.
It won't make any difference as standard polices are priced accoriding to the fact that you shoul;d mas a full UK model have the alarm fitted.
