Standard CD player confused?

Little bit of a strange one, had a search but cant find anything similar,

Basically, the cd player doesnt come on with the ignition, and doesnt go off when you turn the car off,

Whilst driving it thinks the car is off and beeps and shuts off to save power

If it was aftermarket id be looking at switched live etc but for oem i dont know what to think

Any help is appreciated,

I searched the forum through google and found a lot more threads than through the forum search,

Strange, it says maybe a fuse but ill have a look

Weathers atrocious at the moment so will try looking later

Apparently its on the same fuse as the 12v and i havent tried that either lol

I found a fair few threads through the google way, so will be doing that more from now on

Braved the weather, and it was indeed a 15a fuse in passenger side dash, glad it was something easy :smile:

Previous owner had left few metal bits in the 12v port so when i turned the car on it sparked a little lol
