Standard Head Unit HELP!

Gettin pissed off now... i dont know what the code is.

Is there anything i can do, i did have the code wrote down on a piece of paper but its now lost.

Any advice would be appritiated.

yes i do have the service book but that just gives an example i think... and then its been changed previously
