standard head unit update list question

right i have a 2003 clio 172 with the tuner list stereo, i have been offered an update list stereo out of a 2005 dynamque. Question is will this plug straight in? also i want to connect my ipod/iphone to it. is this possible? where do i get the lead to connect/charge?

Pretty sure it s a different interface between tuner and update list, couldnt get anything to work when i tried it.

i was under the impression that it fits and you can connect your iphone to it. any ideas how to do it? i dont really want to change from a standard headunit.

update least cannot be put in a vehicle with tuner list, tuner list is resistive, update list is can bus, 2 completely different systems, just wont function
