ive still got the standard alarm + imobiliser on me car (97 rt) and im gona have to buy a new key fob. i went down to the garage where i bought my car from an they werent v helpful..."how much is a new key fob gona b m8?" "errrrr duno but its gona b expensive" care to elaborate anymore i replied "expensive yea" got a figure, just generally like "expensive". i thought expensice was the only fookin word he could say so i shouted ova to the manger/owner (whoeva da f**k he was) how much a new key fob m8? he shouts bak "expensive" at that point i was jus a bit fed up so i drove off. does ne1 know if reno is the only place i can get 1 from n how much its gona b??? cheers

about £220ish, mate of mine lost his keys while slightly drunk.

I think that was the final total, it cost x for the key then x for the programming of it then x for VAT, got a idea that the £220 was ex VAT aswell!

Ring up renault and ask. I was told around £90, for a 96 RT key fob.
