Standard Tweeters

how do i disconnect the Standard Tweeters, in a 2002 clio as i have upgraded comps, but dont want standard tweeters aswell, got dif headunit with car comps are amped but tweeters are still on :S

Flat head screw driver pop off the covers on top of the dash pull tweeter out disconnect wire. Job done.

If you were replacing the standard tweeters with a set of tweeter components could you just do the above and put the new tweeters and front door speakers in using the original wiring?

The plug wil probably need cutting as it wont fit the aftermarket one

do you lose sound quality though if you use the original wiring

only if ur into ur extreme sound quality, and are mad about sound, but in a normal world no you dont.
