start up

hi guys, my cars an 04 1.4, and over the past 6months or so when i start it up, doesnt matter if its cold or warm, the revs drop right down and the car almost stalls (infact it does stall if i dont rev it). Any ideas, is it serious, and is it common with these clios? Thanks.

yup.... its a common renault clio fault.

Engine management system needs re configed... renault have the software for that exact problem.

Take it in to renauly and they will do it free of charge... its on their recall list



My gfs 1.2 16v done exactly this... took it to them, they knew exactly what it was, and sorted it. Never done it since
