starter button

Anybody fitted a starter button in a 172 cup?
If so whereabouts?

i would guess the plastic panel where the dash illumination dial is would be a good place

Either there or near the gear lever.

Not sure what the interior of a cup is like, but I fitted one to my 19 16v in the cigarette lighter socket.

It sits under a little flap and looks v. good if I do say so myself.

(Also it can be on show or hidden depending on what you want)
