I thought I'd share my little problem I am having with my Clio 172. I've had it for a month and it's decided to break down on me! Absolutely gutted as I've wanted one for 6 years!
RAC thought it was immobiliser problems. I contacted the dealer I bought it from and he told me a few things to try. 1. change the battery in the key 2. clean all the fuses 3. clean the earth strap connector, if this didn't work he'd offered to get his auto electrician to have a look.
We tried number 2 first and now the car seems OK, but going to change the battery and clean earth connector tomorrow and fingers crossed it's sorted!
