Starting Problems... '02 Clio 1.5DCi

Hi.
I'm after some advice. I have a 2002 1.5 DCi Clio and it is having trouble starting. Sometimes it refuses to fire and sometimes it fires are dies.

Was maybe thinking its the glow plugs? Are these easy to change?

Any help or thoughts would per appreciated
