Stationary car for 5 weeks, brakes seized

My VTS has just been left at the top for just over 5 weeks now, due to it being a track car in the making it doesn't get used. What's the best way to 'un seize' the brakes? As it'll be moved to the bottom of my drive now which is more flat, ironically to change to a bigger brake set up. I've tried just merely driving off, but with it being on loose chippings I have no luck in the slightest.

Give the centres a tap with a hammer or go forwards and then reverse a few times

I've just been digging a bigger hole in the chippings moving about 😂

Jack the car up and smack the wheels. Worth a try

If you're changing the whole setup you could give them a spray with a penetrant spray lol
