yep, ours is an exact replacement to a standard cat (dimensions, shape, bolt holes etc)

it'll fit but the noise the stealth will make, will be enough to make you cry, all raaaasssssppppp!!!!!

Yes fits fine although as Gaz said the noise is stupendous !!
Had mine a week and had to revert back to oe cat !
If you like loud raspy and did i say loud you will love it ! But as a daily drive i couldnt live with it

well i do about 60 motorway miles everyday........! il see what its like for noise when cruising at 70/80 if its bad il have to stick the old cat back on i guess. do we get discount from ktec????

ktec stealth + ktec straight through decat = stupid loud, very raspy, lots of popping

got it fitted this morning

will have to drive no higher than 2500 rpm when driving around town!

Shouldn't have to though. It pissed me off tbh as its sold as a quiet exhaust. I also noted that ktec had changed its description on its site over the last month or so.........

i did ask them before buying, they said just raspy from mid range, i think most of its down to the decat, its a straight through pipe now.

It's w**k in my eyes. Its a bloody shame as it looks and fits beautifully! It was up on their site as being a quiet exhaust, it quite clearly isn't. It also sounds like someone blowing into a bottle @ certain RPM!!!!. Its embarrasing imo!!!

regarding is it loud or not, im gonna leave mine on, but yes it is very loud with a straight through decat.

have been told once it settles in and the carbon emissions react with the stainless steel, it should quieten down. i bloody well hope so. does smell rather funny at the moment.

I sold the car reasonably standard. Tbh i think the decat can exagerate (sp) the noise somewhat. I had a silenced janspeed decat at the time.

Hmmmmmm. I was going to buy the k-tec stealth as i wanted the quietest option of exhaust rather than buying a standard renault one. Is it really that loud ? I have a cat and was just going to replace everything from this with the k-tec.

yes thats what my car sounds like! with the popping too.

i put a ktec stealth, ktec decat and an itg maxogen kit on yesterday, the figures are good about 10bhp on my gtech. will put before and after graphs on later tonight.
