Steering Wheel Fitment - Indicator

After fitting my new momo wheel, when I indicate it doesnt turn off after rotating the wheel. I am 100% sure the boss is the right way round. What could be causing this to happen?

mines the same mate! if u look at the old one does it have a bit sticking out of one side? im guessing thats what flicks the indicator off!

i actually prefer it now! as dont have to worry about it turning off when u dont want it to, if u know what i mean. u jest have to remember to turn it off once u have pulled out a junction!

I had to fit use a mk1 boss for my mk2 clio to fit my momo wheel and I had to cut the self canceling bit for the indicator off so it would fit. I love it tho, It winds me up driving a car with self canceling indicators now.

I want self cancelling back :(

Cant see that there was anything on the old wheel that would flick the indicators off as opposed to the new one.

Anyone else got any ideas?

Its a Mk3 Clio.

It was on the boss the self canceling bit that I had to cut off, but I was using a MK1 boss on my MK2, maybe the MK2 boss doesnt have a self cancelling bit ?
