Hi All,

Right - problem.

I have a pioneer cd player/mp3 at the mo. It's pretty good but i want to sell it now and go back to standard.

Apparently 'cabasse' do one which will play mp3's as well as CD's.

I also want to wire an amp in in the future so will need RCA Pre outs

IMO the standard player looks much better than the pioneer one. So any recomendations?

i think the cabasse had a higher watt our put than thr standard(4X45w compared to the normal 4x15w) , but neither came with RCA outs, but the cabasse only found in the 182s i think, that unit also had an aux input socket so a £10 cable from ebay will let you plug in an ipod, as its an update list stereo not a tuner list. or you can make the cable theres a guide in here some where.
but if you want to wire in an amp i'm pretty sure your going to need to go aftermarket, also it'll be cheaper, as i looked into it and the cabasse units were going for £100+ second hand as they are pretty rare.
