Sticking Handbrake

After I park my 182 in the wet, and return to it overnight, the handbrake wont release. I have to pull away really slowly to pop it off. :(

Any one else had this problem. - Any ideas.

  Focus ST3 + proper Mini

Mine done it all last winter. Come to think of it my Mini done the same today.

Nothing to worry about.

Its normal unofrtunatly the pads stick to the disks and need to be knocked off.

Drum are better as they dont stick.

  182

Mine has been doing this recently was gonna put up a post about it,

It makes a horrible banging noise as you pull away was gonna see if there is some brake cleaner which might fix it???........

Rob.

You could go down a quite road an slam on the brakes to clear it for a while. This also gets off rust if its been stood a while. Obviously be careful if your going to do that.
