Hi
I bought a clio 182 some time ago, and it was running perfectly until a few days ago when after about 1/2 hour of driving the normally smooth clutch operation would feel like the clutch pedal was attached to a rusty spring. After I leave the car for a few hours and drive again, it is fine for another 1/2 hour or so and then becomes sticky again, it's not really any harder to push down, just jerky. The actual changing of gears is fine, and the car it self does not jerk about.
Any ideas what it might be before I take it too a dealer? I can only think it has something to do with the car getting hotter since the problem disappears once the car has cooled down, but I don't know what. It's done about 22,000 miles.
Many thanks
Rik.
