This post has nothing to do with cars and the like but with the stickys at the top of the Tuning & Mechanical forum and how I think they should be tidied up.
Danlp6 and jon_r, along with other numerous people have written some very good tech guides, instead of having two up their (Gearbox oil change And Front Pad changing Guide) why don’t these two merge, delete all the comments and then any subsequent guides can be placed their, once approved, also lock down the thread to keep it orderly.
Next edde, has written a very informative sticky (Links to FAQ/ information posts) Why not just stick a link to ViolentJ (MOT Information) in their, infact eddes other guide (All about servicing rules/time/whats done etc (Mk 2 phase 2 none RS cars) aswell
Now all we have is>

As a possible suggestion, a guide could be wrote addressing the daily occurrence of posts regarding Induction kits, de-cats, super-chips, with people with the knowledge and experience giving advice. Then when the question is asked (which should now be reduced, as it now at the top of the forum), a link can just be given, end of.
So now the stickys would be as follows>

Hey not saying this is perfect, just my 24pence, do feel strongly for a Dedicated tech guide section, with out the comments which are not needed though..
Or am I just off my tits here??!?!
