Stiff Power Steering..

Hi Guys,

On my 04' plate Fiesta im currently having some problems with the power steering when I start up after the engines gone cold. The steering seems really heavy, extremely difficult to turn to begin with but once moving the problem goes away....
Just wondering if this is anything to do with the colder weather and should I give the car a minute or two to let the power steering fluid circulate?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

have you checked the fluid level?

As above, sounds like you don't have any power assistance at all.

Check the level and report back.
