stone chip protection...

NE1 seen those leather bonnet bras that lots of cossies seem to have to protect from stone chips? Does anyone know who makes them, where I can get them from, how much they would be, if you can get one for a clio????

As always - Thank you!

have managed to find a company that makes and distibutes them - but theyre USA based. A company called Colgan. Any UK based help?

An alternative may be armour fend (www.armourfend.com) its a protective plastic film which they fit to specific sections of the front of your car, depending on the car colour it can be almost invisible unless very closely inspected. I was/am thinking about this due to the naffness of the renault paint nowadays.

Ive had my new bumper on about 8 months and it looks like its been shot at by the army! And my mesh has a rabbit shaped dent in it! lol

If anybody finds out a good stockest for the film let me know, Id be very interested....

Nice one - expensive? Worth the money? Did he do a good job?

I do alot of motorway miles so I want to try and look after the old paint work!

Expensive...not really. Have you seen the price of the US-made Car Bras? And theyre mass-produced! The quality is superb.....Neils won loads of awards for his interiors/trimming, mainly on street rods.

I had my whole interior retrimmed at the same time, so got a package deal Just give Neil a call and hell happily quote you...
