Ok my solution as my stop & handbrake light were cuming on all the time mostly going up hills but for the past few days on flat road aswell i was out cheking oil today and brakefluid when i got to the brakefluid noticed the cap wasnt screwed on it was just sittin on i was pretty angry as it passed mot last week and they should havn noticed but this just shows they didint even check brakefluid as it was happening bfore the mot but thats its sorted anyway all gone now thank god 
So if any1 has the same problem maybe just check the brakefluid cap is screwed on properly
