stop/warning light after changing discs and pads?

hey guys I changed my discs and pads (fronts) on Thursday and they were fine I drove the car Friday and again everything was perfectly normal(I didn't drive very far mind),

I got in the car yesterday and the red stop and warning light keeps flicking on and off when I drive? Im guessing its something to do with the brakes could I have knocked a sensor or something. I don't remember seeing any thing that I could have broken / knocked though.

any help appreciated

Do i just need to top up my brake fluid ?

yeh m8 just give everything a good look over.. fluid levels and just have a look at the brake hose ect make sure its on.

Had a small leak from the joint between the hose and calliper all sorted now thanks
