stop warning light coming on when up to temp and at idle...?

When i'm driving for about 30 mins the stop/ oil light flickeres like a lose connection when idling. When engine is blipped (revs about 1k) it goes off.

Any ideas?

It can be the sign of low oil pressure mate, get it checked as it's better to be safe than sorry - it may just be a duf switch

Yeah. oil is all spot on. had a feeling it was the oil pressure switch. Going to get the pressure tester on it at worj at some point but sods law! We're flat out! Typical! Will keep you updated..
