Strange Noise from engine

hi ive got the noise coming from my clio 200 rs engine cannot explain the noise doses dot any more when i rev dont get faster not got a clue just very annoying
ive go no service lights on or nothing car drives perfect .
ive posted a video because i cannot explain the noise

that doesn't sound healthy . ..doesn't sound like the carbon canister, but am no expert..sounds funny to me..someone on here will know..

yea its weird dose it all the time even when hot but not as much

found is its the pcv valve just need to find where the bloody thing is
