Strange sound coming from engine bay...

So I turned on the ignition to try connect my OBD reader and had a strange noise coming from under the bonnet. It really seemed as though it was coming from the headlights, as it was from both sides, but I can’t be 100% certain. I took a video to see if anyone has heard anything like it before..?
Is there anyway I can upload it?

I believe it's down to a cog stripping attached to the motor. Either unplug the adjuster or replacement headlight.

Thanks again. Makes sense but not good news! Should this not have failed the MOT if a xenon headlight cannot adjust?

Seems like a common thing as I’ll be trying to repair the climate control motors at the weekend too!!
