Chirping sound at headlight area

Hi I have bought a Clio 172 phase 2 and there is a chirping sound coming from the headlight area on both sides. Is it from the headlight motors at the back of the headlights possibly?....... But is annoying.
The headlight washers are not connected up will this cause any issues? Or could it be the levelling system at the rear beam causing a problem.

Take the connection off the headlight motors and see if the noise stops .
H/lamp washers not being connected won’t cause this noise you are hearing.
